What we're looking for

Outplay is looking for a data-driven digital marketing associate with hands on experience in paid demand generation. We are looking at candidates with experience mainly with Google Adwords. This candidate will also be working with Bing Ads, Youtube ads and marketplaces like Capterra, Software Advice that have a CPL model. This will be a highly analytical role with a lot of focus on execution

Responsibilities :

- Oversee SEM and display advertisements across platforms like Google Adwords, Bing Ads and other PPC platforms.

- Optimize landing page experience to improve conversion rates. Work closely with designers and web developers to execute CRO tasks, including A/B and multivariate tests.

- Work with designers and copywriters to build landing pages required for paid campaigns.

- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, heatmap tools etc to capture key site performance metrics to measure, test and improve paid campaign performance.

- Report weekly, monthly and quarterly on performance and drive actionable insights to improve metrics.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS with focus on paid lead generation.

- Hands-on experience and expert knowledge using Google Adwords to generate leads and acquire customers. Google Ads Certification is a huge plus.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional program and project management skills

- Strong team player and a self-starter. Should be able to thrive in a hypergrowth startup.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-sufficient in basic content curation

- Analytical and data-driven

- Knowledge of using data tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRMs, attribution reporting, and paid campaign reports

- Up to date with the latest trends in PPC/SEM & B2B Marketing
