The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Conducting research and generating leads on potential merchants
- New business generation by acquiring potential merchants through deep understanding of needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Providing regular training on new features and ensure smooth operations
- Developing strong relationships with existing portfolio of merchants
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is maximised and handling issues escalated by merchants or customers in a timely manner
- Collaborating with Marketing Team for promotional campaigns to increase awareness in assigned region
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales or related role.
- Prior experience in E-commerce will be an added advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are highly goal driven and self-motived.
- You are able to handle multiple priorities in fast paced environments
