Associate - Marketing Communications/Social Content Writer (3-5 yrs)
Responsible for writing creative, effective, and engaging original content in multiple formats including :
1) Articles
2) Website Pages
3) Social Media
4) Newsletters
5) Emails
6) Brochures & Decks
7) Press Releases, etc.
- Develop content in alignment with brand strategy including brand positioning, differentiation, mission/vision, value proposition, etc.
- Plan and implement marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability, data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentation,
- Research on industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Proofread and edit articles for factual, grammatical accuracy, and plagiarism,
- Responsible for distributing content through the appropriate channels.
- Track metrics such as customer engagement and conversion rates to identify ways to improvise.
- Analyze data and create reports on that analysis to deliver to management.
- Create a revised communications strategy on a quarterly/semi-annual basis.
