Associate/Manager - Social Media & Community Management (4-8 yrs)

What We Are Looking For:

- Someone who is passionate about developing social media content and PR strategy to engage with and support the team in their efforts to grow Company's presence and generate opportunities for our roster of clients.

- Type of Position: Full-time; the initial three - six months will be the probation period, post which the candidate's performance will be reviewed and a full-time job may be offered.

- Location: Mumbai; the work week comprises six days, Monday - Saturday, however, flexibility will be required to fulfill the duties of the role; should be available on Sundays, if required.

Job Description:

- Manage Company's social media accounts e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.

- Create and publish all online content to foster engagement.

- Prepare an editorial calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.

- Maintain a database of social media handles for clients and also strategize with clients as required.

- Oversee / create a calendar of speaker events for clients and manage speaker and video call / live event coordination.

- Ensure compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection).

- Brainstorm and collaborate with team members to develop new ideas, and provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.

- Look for PR opportunities to help foster Company's presence online and offline e.g., news articles, gifting clients/execs, etc.

- Prepare presentations, press releases and compile research documents / memos.

- Organize periodic mixer events (internal and external).

- Identify ways to grow in the broader media and entertainment ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

- Someone who is interested in and understands the landscape of Indian cinema and content - Hindi and regional - across films, series, and television.

- Someone who is self-motivated, proactive, has high levels of integrity, and is able work in an ambiguous and unstructured environment.

- You have excellent analytical, prioritization, critical-thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.

- You are familiar with social media management and interested in building brand identity and curating online presence to ensure viewer engagement and brand awareness.

- You enjoy staying up-to-date with developments and generating new ideas to draw the audience's attention.

- You are capable of working well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and competing priorities.

- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.

- You are proficient in design software like Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Coreldraw etc.
