position : Associate Recruitment And Development Manager
Location : Gujarat
CTC : Up to 3 LPA
Candidate required :
- Graduation in any stream
- 2 year experience in sales and marketing in any field.
- Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and other activities
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
- Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings
- Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets
- Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment- Share
