Associate Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
- Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs, and places to align with the unique needs, interests, and goals of each prospective customer
- Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current customer
- Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize customer referrals
- Predict customer needs through ongoing communication
Candidates Requirement :
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
