1. Accountable to grow company value & shares in the channel through execution excellence of sales fundamentals, strategic revenue management, in compliance with the integrated trade terms in the CSD & CPC Channel.
2. Monthly Planning & drumbeat to ensure flawless execution of business & processes.
3. Working closely with the multi-functional teams & other stake holders like Market Planning, Supply chain and Finance. Consistently delivering higher growth than the organizational growths.
4. Cascading of Business Priorities & Initiatives to the CSD/ CPC canteens
5. Accountable for developing sustainable & efficient coverage model & solutions for the channel.
6. Accountable for recruitment & capability building of the resale team through classroom & in field training.
