Associate Manager - Sales - Education (2-5 yrs)

Ltd., is a rapidly growing online community connecting people seeking education and learning options with a local as well as an online network of trusted providers. ThinkVidya is based in BTM Layout, Bangalore.
Specific Duties/Responsibilities :
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote product.
- Need to do outbound calls to get new clients on daily basis.
- Regular follow-up with existing clients and need to manage their account.
- Need to explain the product, services, and prices to the clients in the best convincing way.
- Need to meet up new clients and generate business from them.
Skills/Experience Requirements :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- The person should have experience in handling a team min of 3-5 people.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Experience in field marketing in a target based firm
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets
- Experience with Online consumer Internet business is a plus
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus.
