Associate Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- A Sales Associate Manager is needed to head our BFSI insurance sales team. You'll be responsible for driving sales, coaching the team, and developing excellent client connections.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Associates must be led, coached, and motivated.
- Create and implement novel sales methods.
- Manage critical client connections.
- Ensure insurance regulations are followed.
- Keep track of and enhance sales success.
- Work with top management to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in a comparable discipline is required.
- Two years of sales experience is required.
- Excellent BFSI and insurance knowledge.
- Outstanding communication and presenting abilities.
