Position Title: Associate Sales Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Summary :

- As an Associate Sales Manager for Agency Insurance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue for the agency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and implement sales programmes that meet the agency's revenue and growth goals.

- Find and cultivate new business prospects and target markets.

- Create and develop strong bonds with agents, brokers, and clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a consistent and satisfying customer experience.

- Track and analyze sales performance and market trends to discover opportunities and problems.

- Agents should be trained, coached, and mentored in order to increase their sales success.

- Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, and other public forums to represent the agency.

- Maintain understanding of the industry and regulatory landscape to guarantee compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3-5 years of field sales and marketing experience.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and increasing revenue

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and other necessary software tools

Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
