Associate Manager - Product Marketing - SaaS (4-9 yrs)

Responsibilities & Key result Areas :


Acting as chief product advocate, the Product Marketing Manager is required to understand the product feature set and its benefits and should be able to clearly articulate the value proposition delivered through innovative and compelling means such as messaging, marketing collateral, sales materials and thought leadership content.

Messaging : Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.

Content : Owns and creates content (e.g., data sheets, infographics, solution briefs, white papers, user guides, web tutorials, web content, presentations, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.) to articulate the benefits of the product to the world.

Sales enablement : Partner with Product Management team to communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team. Develop sales tools and training that support the selling process of the product.

Product launch : Plan the launch of new related products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.


Customer Intelligence: Be the expert on buyers of the product, how they buy and their buying criteria.

Market/Competitor Intelligence: Be the expert on competition. Follow and analyze market trends to position the product and identify new required capabilities.

Pipeline: Own a pipeline target for their respective product line and take up end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation activities to meet the target.

Visibility: Identifying suitable industry recognition awards and building strong nominations on behalf of the organization.

Interface Product Management, Inside Sales, Pre-sales, Sales, Corporate Communications, Global Practice, Service Delivery.

Preferred Experience

- 5 - 8 years Product Marketing experience a must

- B2B Marketing experience in Telecom preferred

- Experience in a SaaS setup is a big plus

- Strong understanding of telecom basics needed

- Marketing automation tools knowledge
