- Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent

- Minimum 3- 7 years of work experience in Sales Development role

- Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary

- Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred

Job Description :

- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors.

- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.

- Monitor and review agents- performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.

- Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.

- Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.

- Seek new customers and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent in respect to their life insurance business.

- For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent

- Vicariously responsible for all the acts of commission by the Agent.
