Job Description:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Communicating with customers on phone, email, chat, or SMS.
- Solve student issues, questions, and concerns - technical, product-related and content related, etc.
- Develop extracts, reports, and analysis of user data.
- Must have strong capabilities in problem-solving, managing own work diligently, thoroughly documenting own work, succinctly communicating analysis process and outcomes, as well as effectively working with other teams
- Flexibility in using, or learning to use, different tools
