Profile Summary

As an Associate BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new Partners for Acer Products and business. The ideal candidate will have ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, deliver results under time constraints, execute repeatable processes, and have good English and local language skills. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new, and challenging situations. The role will require local travel, and this will be on field job where candidate will have to spend almost all the working time in market meeting new Merchants and bringing them to Amazon Pay.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand products and features of the Products by Acer Sales Associate Program and be able to make Partners understand the same (T3, T2, MR)

- Identify the potential market and Partners and ensure and explain them about Acer Products and convince them to buy Acer Products.

- Ensure properly onboarding of the Partner in Acer website as well in 1Channel systems.

- Support Partners (MRs) by helping them liquidate the Stock to various T3 partners.

- Increase WOD (width of distribution) and DOD (depth of distribution) and expend overall market within the assigned territory.

- Target and Onboard 100 New partners in a quarter and bill them.

- Achieve the assigned targets monthly/daily/weekly.

Skills & Experience:

- Graduates in Sales and Marketing stream only.

- Energetic and Positive attitude.

- Passion for e-commerce is required.

- Experience in scan and pay or online wallet business is preferred

- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

- Experience in prospecting, product presentations, negotiation and influencing third party service providers.

- Basic understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with Merchants.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
