Responsibilities : As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving LONGLIFE's growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.


Your responsibilities will include :


- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence.


- Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.


- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and industry influencers.


- Proactively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, attending industry conferences, and leveraging existing relationships.


- Conducting sales negotiations and closing deals in alignment with company objectives.


- Monitoring industry developments and staying abreast of emerging trends to capitalize on new opportunities.

Qualifications :


- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or in process in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.


- Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the healthcare or medical device industry.


- Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


-Proactive and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.


- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
