Associate - Inside Sales - Loan (1-5 yrs)
We're currently seeking candidates for a client who is India's premier gold loan platform. They specialize in providing swift and secure gold loans at competitive interest rates, conveniently delivered to customers' doorsteps through partnerships with top banks in India. We're looking for individuals with command over English and respective regional languages.
Here is a sneak-peek at your role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert them into sales.
- Command over English and respective regional languages.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs.
- Timely route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- To inform potential customers on the various products which will facilitate sales.
- Work closely with different internal teams for successful lead conversion
- To do follow up on all positive leads to ensure leads are converted to sales
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- To maintain proper tracker and reports and share it with relevant stakeholders as and when needed.
We need someone with:
- A graduation degree from a premier institute.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Self-motivated and well organized.
- Ability to sell services solutions over call.
- Target-oriented & zeal to achieve assigned targets.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent email writing skills, specific to customer facing interactions.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
- Proficient with Hindi & English.
- Proficient with any one regional language: Marathi, Multilingual - (South Language i.e. :- Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam),
