Associate - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)

Your Responsibilities :

- Ensure high achievement of meeting/call targets set for the inside sales team

- Source new prospects through outbound cold calls and emails

- Qualify the prospects as potential customers for Avail's products and establish contact with relevant decision makers

- Pitch Avail's products and generate interest

- Schedule meetings and calls with relevant decision makers for the sales team

- Use research skills to obtain complete contact details of decision makers and ensure high adequacy and accuracy of the calling database

- Maintain database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

Apply If :

- You have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or related role

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You are multilingual - should know English, Hindi & any south Indian language

- You have prior experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience

- You are persuasive goal-oriented, self motivated and self-directed

- You possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour

- You are able to work in a target oriented, high pressure environment

- You are tenacious to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client

- You are able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
