Associate Growth Manager

What will this role do ?

- WorkIndia is in a phase of Hyper Growth. We've achieved Product-market fit, proven our Revenue Model & Unit Economics. Now, we intend to scale up User acquisition on both sides of the marketplace like crazy & capture the market.

Your responsibilities in this role will be :

- The role will be focused on increasing the Active Candidates on WorkIndia App

- Monitoring the remarketing channels (like Email, WhatsApp, Push Notification) metrics, proactively actioning on .

- Analyze and execute Data driven experiments to improve funnels and increase conversions.

- Creating different content for different channels like Whatsapp, Email, Push Notifications, etc..

What will success look like in the next 6 months :

- 2x growth in DAU.

- Increase the conversions from existing remarketing channels by 30%

- Increase the notifications click rate by 10%.

Ideal profile for this role :

- 0-2 year of experience in marketing team

- B.Tech/ B.E degree from a reputable university.

- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.

- Good understanding of acquisition marketing and retention marketing.

Skill-sets required for this role :

- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting with analytical skills leveraging data, metric, analytics and behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

- Goal-oriented, curious, and a strong problem solver

- A highly positive growth mindset, always forward-looking and seeking solutions in the face of challenges

- A good business understanding, first principles and common sense thinking

- Ability to challenge members of your team & others to innovate and to think boldly & creatively
