Associate - Graphic Design/Marketing (2-4 yrs)
The role is a part of a vibrant and high-octane marketing team of a reputed and rapidly growing
hospitality brand as a junior designer.
Ideal Profile:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design
- Bachelor's degree in relevant or adjacent discipline
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Post-graduation is an advantage but not essential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating original designs for print materials such as brochures, posters, business cards, and packaging
- Assisting with Merchandising
- Applying design principles, such as concept development, color theory, typography, and layout
- Reviewing and editing content for accuracy and clarity using design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator
- Creating original artwork for advertisements, brochures, magazines, or other printed materials
- Creating stall designs, surrogate logos, menu designs, and other creatives specific to the outlet
- Working with vendors to get marketing collateral created correctly and on time
- Creating designs for social media
- Working with partners to create design for collaborations and events
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales team for seasonal and regular events for each outlet
- Working within the Toit brand guidelines to produce all design and marketing collateral.
