Associate General Manager/Sales manager - Nagpur.
- Must be from B2C background (B2B background is not preferred)
- Should have dealt with a smaller ticket size of 25k to 1 lac
- Must be from Nagpur or have working experience in Nagpur
- Must be professional and presentable in the video (As all interview rounds are gonna happen over video calls)
- Should not be more than 35 years old.
Current CTC should be 10LPA or above (Fixed)
Team Size Managed-
Sales Manager :20-30 resources
AGM: 40-50 resources
Qualification-
SM: Min Graduation
AGM: MBA/PGDM for Tier-II college preferred
Experience-
SM/AGM: 7-10years
Compensation Band-
SM: Max 11LPA
AGM: Max 13LPA
