Associate - Field Sales - Steel & TMT Bar (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- The company is looking for a high-performing field sales associate to help meet customer acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth targets with a strong orientation in digital and metric-driven analytical approaches.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Monthly target achievement in terms of the number of customers acquired and converted (achieve new customer acquisition (registration and onboarding) target
- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly onboarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform
- Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation
- Enrich and maintain customer profile and update status in CRM
- Work hand-in-hand with the customer success team for a smooth transition of clients for repeat sales with minimal dropouts.
- Assist customers through their credit application journey
Qualifications & Competence Required :
- Engineer/MBA from Tier 2 institute. Selective very strong candidates with relevant experience without MBA may also be considered.
- 2+ years of Field Sales experience (customer acquisition & sales experience in B2B segment)
- Experience meeting customer needs, building customer relationships, and knack for closing sales
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and driven
Language Skills : fluent in English and knowledge of the local language
Must have :
- Driving license (2-wheeler): The candidate will be expected to have/hire a bike in the city of work
- Local language and familiarity with having worked in the respective main cities.
Requirements :
- Experience preferably in sales of building materials (steel/Cement/RMC/Paints/Tiles ), Steel, and Cement to be given the highest order of preference.
- Behavioral Core Competencies: Resilient, team player, quick learner, achievement/target driven, and attention to detail
- Has experience in working with a client base of architects, builders, contractors, engineers
Locations : Ahmedabad/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore
