Job Overview :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Enterprise Sales Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling enterprise-level IT solutions to corporate clients, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.

Responsibilities :

Prospecting :

1) Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.

2) Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management :

1) Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

2) Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position our IT solutions effectively.

Sales Strategy and Execution :

1) Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.

2) Execute end-to-end sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Product Knowledge :

1) Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies.

2) Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product and service offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Proposal Development :

1) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

2) Work closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.

Negotiation and Closing :

1) Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and overcome objections.

2) Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.

Requirements :

Education :

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience :

1) 3-5 years of proven success in enterprise IT sales, including end-to-end sales management.

Skills :

1) Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2) Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

3) Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex IT solutions.

Industry Knowledge :

- Familiarity with the IT industry, including App modernisation, Analytics and infrastructure solutions. Experience with BFSI enterprise sales will be a plus.
