Associate - Donor Outreach - Not For Profit Sector (3-5 yrs)
1. Help identifying prospective donors through leveraging referrals from existing donors, secondary research and partnering with nodal agencies.
2. Manage the ERP system for data entry and analysis, and identify avenues to best leverage the ERP system for process optimization.
3. Support in building grant proposals with support from other teams - including partnership objectives, scope of work, success indicators, budget, etc. in line with donor interests to secure funding commitments.
4. Liaise with various teams at the organisation to identify relevant learning opportunities and resources for prospective donors and key stakeholders to enhance the donors- exposure to and understanding of strategic philanthropy.
5. Support in setting-up systems and processes across the Outreach team as a new vertical
