The Job :

- This is an exciting role where you will build a portfolio of clients who are looking to accelerate their growth by building borderless teams. You will liaise with senior decision-makers globally to understand their talent needs and advise them on the appropriate solutions to help them achieve their outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Delivering monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated via incoming leads as well as your own prospecting.

- Nurturing prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to trial and close

- Building and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles.

- Contributing to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects

- Engaging with the Sales and business leadership to coordinate marketing and sales activities

- Updating the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 5 years of experience including solid experience in a SaaS solution sales roles dealing with senior stakeholders

- You have prior experience in a full-cycle sales experience selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

- Any prior experience in recruitment / HR tech industry is a strong plus

- You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization

- You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player

- You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments

- You will be part of a fully remote and internationally distributed team and as a result, can be based anywhere -as long as you have good internet connectivity!
