Position Overview :

- As the Associate Director of Sales, your mission will be to chart new territories, expand our B2C client base, and position our product as the premier solution in management consulting interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Sales Vision :

- Formulate and execute a dynamic, data-centric B2C sales strategy to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Dive deep into sales metrics and customer segments to derive actionable insights for optimized growth trajectories.

Leadership & Team Development :

- Cultivate a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious KPIs and championing a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and career development opportunities.

Collaboration with Stakeholders :

- Engage with Product, Marketing, and Tech departments to synchronize sales tactics with product evolutions and market trends.

- Contribute the sales perspective to cross-functional initiatives, ensuring harmonized alignment with company objectives.

Sales Enablement & Training :

- Facilitate comprehensive training for the B2C sales team, emphasizing the unique challenges and aspirations of management consulting aspirants and how our AI-driven approach addresses them.

- Ensure access to cutting-edge sales tools and technologies to bolster team efficacy.

Budget Oversight & Forecasting :

- Steward the sales budget, making strategic allocations to drive maximum ROI.

- Provide clear, data-backed sales forecasts to senior leadership, aiding in company-wide decision-making.

Customer Engagement & Management :

- Build genuine connections with our diverse user base, from university students to mid-career professionals, tailoring sales strategies to their unique needs.

- Cultivate lasting relationships, positioning the company as an indispensable partner in their interview preparation journey.

Market Research :

- Remain updated on emerging trends in the intersection of ed-tech, AI-driven learning solutions, and the management consulting domain.

- Continually assess competitive landscapes, ensuring our solutions are distinct and industry-leading.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.

- 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in the ed-tech or AI sectors, with a deep understanding of the consulting industry.

- Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving sales growth.

- Acumen in sales software and CRM tools.
