Our Client is a Bangalore based IoT company started in 2013 within the walls of IIT Kharagpur. The company now aims to revolutionize the logistics sector of India, which is still at its nascent stage as compared to its foreign counterparts.

The Job

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire PnL of the company's existing accounts.

- Manage and coach a team of Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Managers.

- Develop and execute account sales plans with the objective of retaining and growing market share, exceeding revenue goals, and other key metrics within the assigned book of business.

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and articulate value proposition to C-Level executives. Identify decision-makers / champions in your book of business, and map/architect your path through the decision-making matrix in your accounts.

- Be the single point of contact for escalations, renewal conversations, payments and growth prospects for the customers.

- Work closely with Implementation, and Product teams to ensure the product is delivered as per deal requirements on move-in day.

- Leverage Hubspot's other software systems to maintain an accurate expansion pipeline and predict churn in your team's accounts.

- Taking tours to meet customers across Pan-India.

- Support with billing-related queries for your accounts.

- Ensure the collection targets for your team's accounts are met in a timely manner.

Ideal Candidate

Experience and Qualifications:

- 3 - 8 years of relevant sales or account management experience

- 1-2 years experience in managing a team.

- SaaS sales experience and Logistics knowledge/experience are a plus.

- Experience with longer sales cycles, and multi-contact, value-based, consultative selling is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with exceptional verbal and written communication.

- Track record of overachieving targets.

- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage many stakeholders
