Job Description :

Your mission is to build relationships with banks and non-financial partners across the India market by developing truly value-added solutions and services that do not exist today. You will directly drive Our Company engagement with banks in India, increasing engagement opportunities over time while ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns for clients.

You are also responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities and strategic partnership opportunities for the company which will overall contribute towards revenue growth for the company.

You will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring a team that can execute market-leading business development and client relationship management activities.


- Develop a vision and secure buy-in from across the business for Our Company banking relationships and market coverage

- Secure bank partnerships and manage those relationships

- Identify and champion the development of new value-add services for our customers with the banking partners.

- Develop annual and quarterly plans, budgets and objectives

- Identifying and quantify additional monetization opportunities for the company

- Responsible for revenue targets through banking engagement.

- Hiring, coaching and managing account servicing team

- Assist with development of banking-relevant online products

Requirements :

- BA/BS degree, MBA preferred from Premier Institute {Tier-1}

- 5+ years people leadership experience and/or 8-12 years of experience

- Experience in banking industry - preferred on credit cards and debit cards

- Knowledge of Digital Media sales preferred

- Experience with financial institutions sales cycle

- Knowledge of personal finance industry

- Worked with BFSI / Banking Industry

- Understanding of SEA online/ mobile financial product comparison market and competitive landscape
