Associate Director - Category Marketing - Lifestyle

List of Responsibilities :

1) Growth & Performance Management: Own & Operated Media :

- Own the end-to-end customer funnel view & performance for online Fashion and the categories that it operates in.

- Lead the charter on improving performance across all merchandising assets on App / Desktop / Lite & other channels.

- Constantly innovate on merchandising, keeping in mind relevant Consumer need states - while benchmarking & improving over key competitors.

- Bring in relevant category nuances in improving performance of Flipkart Fashion across all other own & operated media channels - CRM / SEO / SEM / Affiliates / Social etc.

2) Demand Planning :

- Own the demand planning charter for the Business unit & constantly engage in growth plans across monthly / quarterly & annual cycles.

- Work with the Category teams & central teams in ensuring robustness of the demand plan, while ensuring a minimal deviation rate.

3) Event Management - Central level & Fashion Specific:

- Lead event management planning, strategy, execution & reviews for every event related to Flipkart Fashion.

- Be the Single point of Contact on this area from a Flipkart Fashion stand-point.

- Anchor key Fashion events across the year like End-of-Season sales & other campaign related events.

- Constantly develop & innovate on event constructs, creatives & channel performance tweaks on a monthly basis.

4) Customer Acquisition & Retention :

- Own, define & execute the Customer charter for the business unit across Fashion & relevant super-categories.

- Work on short & medium term plans towards improving acquisition rates for Fashion and execute the same.

- Work with product, engineering, brand marketing & other central teams to develop the long-term plan on acquisition & retention.

Other Responsibilities :

- Be the face of all Consumer led conversation for the Business unit, while interacting with Product, Engineering, brand marketing teams.

- Desire and ability to think from the Customer's hat

- Strong Analytical abilities & logical reasoning skills

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Operational excellence & efficiency + Strong bias to action for Go to Market

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders (wearing the stakeholder's hat)

- Ability to learn/unlearn

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Strong bias for Action / Hustle quotient
