Associate - Digital Marketing & Social Media - Advertising Firm (3-10 yrs)

About Position:
We're seeking an experienced digital marketeer to join our Growth team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing branding & communications activities across all digital and social media platforms. His/her key role will be to run effective communication strategy and derive optimal ROI from every campaign.
This is a high intensity role that requires you to be available 24/7. You will be working directly with the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growth, engagement and conversation within social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter etc.
- Curate theme based campaigns and contests on such platforms
- Build communication strategies & write content for push notifications, emails, and other branding activities
- Campaign performance and ROI analysis and designing future strategy basis the same
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing objectives are understood
- Own new user growth, retention and monetisation metrics.
Must Haves:
- Bachelors of Engineering or MBA from Tier 1 colleges
- 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing industry
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Strong math skills with ability to think probabilistically
- Highly fashion savvy, creative & self-motivated
- Good social media presence/understanding will be an added advantage.
