Our end-to-end digital process eliminates security deposits and brokerage fees, making renting and leasing more accessible to everyone. We are building the AirBnB of long term home rentals in India. A 100% digital technology enabled brokerage focused just on home rentals. Nothing like this exists in India today and global comps are Quinto Andar (last valued at $5.5 bn) and Lianjia (IPO in NYSE at $87 bn).

- Jugyah is backed by some of the top investors in the ecosystem such as Harsh Jain (Founder of Dream11) and Kunal Shah (Founder of CRED and Freecharge) and some of the largest developers in the country such as Prestige, Lodha, and Godrej. Founding team is composed of Ex-Harvard/ Cambridge/ Columbia and BITS Pilani graduates and folks who've worked at Nutanix, Nestaway and some of the largest real estate firms globally.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels

- Handle various aspects and strategies of offline marketing such as collaborations, billboard advertising,newspaper ads

- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs

- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy and landing pages to drive traffic and increase conversion rates

- Develop and maintain SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic

- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing campaigns

- Analyse campaign data and provide regular reports on performance

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign performance

- Manage relationships with vendors and partners

- Ability convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generating content

- Creating marketing metrics - we all love numbers

- Creating performance marketing strategies

Requirements:

a)Good to haves:

- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills

- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently

- Understanding of offline marketing techniques

b)Must haves:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing

- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Real estate experience is preferred
