Associate - Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications - Financial Services (5-8 yrs)
Profile :
The Marketing & Corporate Communications (MCC) team is central to the TresVista ecosystem in working with both internal & external stakeholders to develop, define and drive the TresVista brand & culture. The Digital Associate will lead brand extension efforts for website, social media & ORM and all multi-screen efforts. As the custodian for digital initiatives across stakeholders, the Digital Associate will develop mandates & processes across MCC verticals.
Prerequisites :
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate & communicate across teams & functions
- Thorough understanding of the digital brand world, implications, speed & reach
- Flexibility and speed to work in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough language skills
- Building budget plans, measuring impact vs. RoI on real-world actions
- Entrepreneurial approach, an attitude & aptitude to learn every day
Website Management :
- Develop the TresVista website as a dynamic and industry referral piece, involve best-in-class practices
- Defining & developing the internal website processes towards content management and ownership matrices
- Building & tracking SEO & Google Analytics metrics towards reports and next steps
Social Media & ORM :
- Own all social media platforms and drive for content placements, across formats
- Driving content variety, formats, styles and repurposing as per platform
- Woking closely with PR partners in building & maintaining ORM scores
- Working with HR teams for engagement strategy with potential & existing employees
- Working closely with the Brand Associate, agency partners, etc. in keeping the TresVista brand visibility at par competition and market landscape
