- Experience in International customer support exp
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- 1- 2 yrs experience in an international customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills to handle our global customers.
- The applicant should have a keen interest in grasping the technical knowledge required for this role.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) As a Service Desk Associate you will act as the first point of contact for our global Managed Service customers to report issues and faults relating to their services.
2) The primary objective of the role is to provide the first time resolution by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving the customer problems and escalating the faults to our Engineers for investigating further in case of major issues.
3) Attending the customer queries over the calls, emails by maintaining the telephone and email etiquette.
4) Diagnosing and resolving problems and ensure customer satisfaction.(You will be trained to manage the technical queries)
5) Taking ownership of faults and managing them logically & systematically.
