- Handling customer queries on calls
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Age : 25
Education : Minimum Graduate
NTH : 25K
Candidate who has worked in BPO sector would be ideal
