Associate - Customer Support - Mutual Fund (0-1 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Uploading and processing of Mutual Fund Transactions on Registrar Platform
- Process Customer account details changes with Registrar and get the same updated in the platform.
- Processing of Payments reference in the system and reconciling the data.
- Upload files received from Registrar portal in the system.
- Performing Portfolio reconciliation
- Communicating with Customers and Registrar via Email / Call to resolve the issues
- Updating the data in the system for any new update received for the schemes
- Providing data and responding queries for Audit independently
- Performing KYC for Customers
Skills & Knowledge Required :
- Basic skills in using Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of KYC
- Understanding of Mutual Fund
- Good Communication skills
