The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Seamlessly ensuring high customer engagement and success
- Managing leads through the cycle using CRM tools
- Building effective processes to schedule sessions, handle escalations etc while ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
- Relentless focus on operational excellence and improving efficiency at every step
The Profile :
- You have a degree from a top-tier institute with at least 1 year experience in Customer Support
- You have a strong track record in multi-tasking, coordinating with multiple teams, handling escalations etc.
- You are able to work in an open, dynamic, non-structured environment
- You are a driven and curious person with aptitude and agility to learn.
- You are an extroverted team player with great interpersonal skills
- You are detail and process oriented, a natural problem solver and go-getter.
- You constantly strive for excellence.
- You are willing to undertake a 6 day work week and 80-100 calls on a daily basis.
