Associate - Customer Support - BPO (0-2 yrs)
Hiring for customer support associate
Location : Bangalore ( vijaynagar, shivajinagar, whitefield, old airport road, HAL 2nd stage, kudlugate, Hebbal, bellandur )
Salary : 16 K CTC to 24k CTC per month
Shift : Day shift, US shift, Night shift, Rotational Shift
Languages: English + any regional language (Kannada/ hindi/ tamil/ telugu/ malayalam/ marathi)
Qualification: Min PU to Grauation
Experience : 0 to 2 Years (Freshers also)
Skills : Excellent communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identifying Customer needs.
- Handling the calls of the customer.
- Solving the queries of the customer.
- Approaching the customers related to product or services.
- Forwarding and escalating inquires to relevant individuals and departments.
- Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and develop customer service skills.
- Updating customer information as required.
- Providing outstanding customer services.
