Associate - Customer Support (2-4 yrs)
1 Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
2 Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
3 Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
4 Identifying customer needs.
5 Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
