Associate - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Invoice Generation : Create and manage client invoices using Zoho, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Client Query Handling : Receive and document client queries, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their concerns.
3. Liaison with the R&D Team : Share client feedback and queries with the Research and Development team for further analysis and resolution.
4. Customer Communication : Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions for future reference.
6. Assist in resolving minor client issues and provide administrative support as required.
7. Encourage client engagement and advocacy, transforming satisfied users into advocates within their organizations, ensuring readiness for renewal and expansion opportunities.
Job Specifications
1. A bachelor's degree is preferred
2. Start-up experience mandatory
3. Proficiency in Zoho for invoice generation.
4. Basic understanding of customer support processes and tools.
5. Strong written and verbal communication to handle client interactions.
6. Ability to relay client queries clearly to the Research and Development team.
7. Ability to manage and resolve client queries effectively.
8. A proactive approach to escalating issues when necessary.
9. High accuracy in invoice creation and data entry.
