Associate - Customer Success - Retail (0-2 yrs)

- We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Success Associate. You will have the opportunity to interact with both new and existing customers, providing personalized assistance and building strong relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers visiting the retail store, understand their furniture and appliance rental needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.

- Actively promote our services and products to increase rentals and achieve sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Educate customers on the advantages of renting furniture and appliances, including cost savings, flexibility, and hassle-free maintenance.

- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting the quality and value of our offerings.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of our rental inventory, pricing, and promotional offers.

- Collaborate with the store team to maintain the store's visual appearance, ensuring products are displayed attractively and well-organized.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data using our CRM system.

- Generate positive online reviews and ratings from customers monitor and track online mentions, reviews, comments, and discussions/shared experiences on the retail store, individual, or brand across various platforms such as social media, review sites, forums, and news articles.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to promote rental services and close sales

- Knowledge of furniture and appliances, including their features and functionalities, is desirable.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as per the store's operating hours.
