Job Title : Associate

Reports to : Manager
Summary : The Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Help customers find the products they need
- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Process customer payments
- Operate cash registers and credit card machines
- Maintain the store's inventory
- Ensure that the store is clean and organized
- Assist with special events and promotions
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of retail experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
