Your responsibilities will include :
- Provide customer services
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members for desired results based on customer requirements.
- Promote product updates to customers.
Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum qualification is 12th pass.
- Minimum one year experience is preferred.
- Fluent communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
