Associate - Customer Service - Logistics (1-3 yrs)
- We are hiring Customer Service Associate
Vertical : Logistics (US-based blended calling process)
Location : Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Minimum Experience : 1 year or plus
Candidate Requirement :
- Previous International customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good listening skills
- Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Flexibility to travel on his or own during day shifts
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling overall operations of Logistics from source to delivery.
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
- Getting deep into issues & providing efficient solution with help of the internal Team.
- Monitoring loads on the application system
- Email communications and follow-ups
- Candidates from line of Vashi, Panvel, Thane Dombivali preferred along with candidates ready to travel by own vehicle other than mentioned locations above.
- Candidate who can join immediately or 15 days preferred who can work for rotational shifts.
