Customer Service Associate
- We are hiring for Customer Service Associate (Inbound) for Mumbai Location
Minimum Eligibility : HSC and Marathi Linguistic also mandatory
- No Sales, No Collection, Purely For Inbound Customer Service
- Candidates with Experience of Customer Services & EduTech Process will be added advantage
- Fresher's are also welcome with excellent communication skill set
- Pure Day Shift 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM for Female & 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM for Male
- Should be flexible for Rotational Weekly off and Complete Work From Office
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication with Interpersonal Skill
- Should be Vaccinated with 2 dose & Aadhar Card Linked with Mobile Number
- Good computer literacy for maintaining records and report
