Job Description :
- Interact with clients through telephone to provide information about services or products
- Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it
- Ensure that the required changes are made to resolve the queries of the customers
- Resolve complaints
Fixed Day Shift : 9 AM - 6 PM
Fixed weekend off : Saturday - Sunday
Salary : 20 K CTC ( 16.1K NET )
