Role and Responsibilities :
- Handle Inbound Calls of customers
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Maintain accuracy of all data and verify same for all customer services.
- Assist to compose sentence structures for all customer reports.
Shift Timing : 9 AM - 6 PM
Saturday - Sunday Fixed Off
Salary : 18,000/- In Hand + PF + Bonus + Medical Claim + Gratuity
