Qualification : HSC / Any Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- Only Female candidates can apply
- Candidate should be comfortable to travel to Bhandup
- Should have experience in International or Domestic process ( Voice/Chat/Email)
Role and Responsibilities :
- Interacting with HNI /premium clients.
- Handling calls, e-mails and chats of national Clients.
- Acting as a relationship manager between client and operations.
- Identifying customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible ways
Shift Time : 10 AM - 6 PM
Week Off : Sunday Fixed ( Saturday Depends )
Salary : 20K Net + Other Benefits + Huge Incentives
