Work Description:
- Directly interact with prospects & customers on Chat for sales, cross-sell and customer support
- Directly engage in emails / chat / social media posts
- Document customer interactions in CRM tools
- Be the 1st customer interaction touch-point on digital platforms
Candidature requirements:
- 1+ years- CS experience with a eCommerce, BPO firm with B2C products or services
- Mandatory experience with sales & service using phone, email, chat tools
- Candidates from western suburbs of Mumbai preferred
