Role Overview :
As a CSA, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications :
- Freshers and UG graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Tamil/Malayalam and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Indore immediately upon selection.
