Associate - Customer Service (0-2 yrs)
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Following strict response and resolution timelines as defined in guidelines.
- Ensuring professional communication tone, both written and verbal.
- Resolving inquiries and requests while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate response in complex situations.
- Escalating issues to relevant client or internal teams, as required.
The Profile :
- You have a Degree, in any discipline, and you are willing to take up customer facing roles.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as you will be required to deal with overseas clients in this role.
- You can handle challenging situations with critical thinking and with you ability to think on your feet.
- You are a fast learner and can grasp details easily.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
