We are hiring for an online platform which is for premium products and services that aims to enhance the way aspirational Indians discover, interact with, and purchase premium products and services, making the experience more immersive.
The Job
Key responsibilities areas :
- Catering to customer queries received from all functional modes.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as & when needed.
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer concerns are resolved at the earliest.
- Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria.
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Beauty & Cosmetics industry.
- Experience within Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
